Here For Blood: Storyboard to Film

This was one of the final scenes that I did storyboards for on Here For Blood (2022). My style, execution and media changed several times as we approached the start of shooting, ending up far less detailed and less refined then many previous scenes. Despite time constraints, I still wanted to suggest possible use of light and shadow and maintain a likeness of our cast. These were also my first attempts at drawing Tara Spencer-Nairn who played Barb in the film.

Shawn Roberts as Tom O'Bannon in final film visual from this scene. These shots lined up fairly closely with my storyboards, which was great to see in the final product. Being on set while this scene was being shot was also quite the experience, and our cast were great at toughing out those late nights with us.
