Here For Blood Concept Art: Poster

 

My poster concept for Here For Blood (2022) under the working title Last The Night. This was intended to be concept art and not a final poster for the film. 

I was commissioned to draw this in late 2020 by the film's director, who wanted to supplement the film's pitch deck. He wanted it to feel like the poster art for films of the late 20th century that we both enjoyed. I based the cult leader on Tony Todd, who had initially been considered for the role. The actors we found to play Mike, Phoebe and Grace actually ended up looking fairly similar to my depictions of their characters.

I still really enjoy drawing these characters. :)
